Antipasto Tacos

  1. Lay 3 slices of Folios Cheese Wraps out warm up from the fridge for 5 minutes, to protect from breaking when folded.
  2. Marinate & massage Kale with olive oil, balsamic, salt, pepper & roasted red pepper flakes.
  3. To assemble your antipasto tacos, lay a slice of turkey on top of your Folios Cheese Wrap.
  4. Fill your taco with marinated kale, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, sundried tomatoes, and crumbled feta.
  5. Drizzle balsamic vinegar and serve immediately.
