3 Parmesan Folios Cheese Wraps
3 slices of turkey (or deli meat of choice)
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup pitted black & green olives, sliced
¼ cup sundried tomatoes in olive oil, thinly sliced
¼ cup feta cheese
½ cup kale, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt, pepper & roasted pepper flakes, to taste
