Bacon Wrapped Cheddar Folios Dippers
- Preheat oven to 400º and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay bacon in a single layer onto baking sheet, making sure not to overlap.
- Bake until your desired crispness, 15 – 25 minutes.
- While bacon is cooking, Make Cheddar Folios Dipping sticks. Season each Folios with salt & paper and place one Cheddar Folios in the microwave on the parchment paper for 1 & ½ minutes or until crispy.
- As soon as removed, use a pizza cutter or sharp knife and immediately cut into long quarter strips (4 strips per wrap). Allow to cool and harden, repeat three more times.
- Once bacon is cooked, quickly & tightly wrap bacon around each Cheddar Folios Dipper to cool and harden around it.
- Serve with dip of your choice. We recommend Ranch. Enjoy!
