Step 1: Make Your Filling
In a bowl, mix together your meat, scallions, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce or coconut aminos, cole slaw, salt & pepper. Once thoroughly combine, take 1 tbsp of mixture and roll it into balls. Cover lightly and refrigerate. Prepare your steamer by adding water to it.
Step 2: Make your “Dough”
Cut your 2 Folios into quarters to create 8 triangles.
Preheat your oven to 375°
Step 3: Make your Pot Stickers
After your dough & filling are made, cook both your filling and dough at the same time. Steam your filling for 6 minutes and place your “dough” on parchment paper and cook at 375° for 6 minutes.
Take out your Folios “dough” and let slightly cool then add filling. Fold up two sides of the dough and pinch together in the center. Pinch together the remaining edges, forming “pleats” along one side. Put back in oven for 3 minutes.
Once cooked, transfer to a serving dish. Serve with soy sauce or coconut aminos for delicious dipping!
Option: Spice up your dipping sauce with things like hot sauce, peppers, garlic, or ginger!
