In a saucepan, add butter on medium-high heat until melted. Add chopped pears, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sauté approximately 5 minutes until bubbling hot and pears are soft. Drain any liquid and put aside to cool.
Working quickly with one Folios Cheese Wrap at a time, microwave 1 Parmesan Folios for 1 minute. Remove and place on a flat surface. Fill the center with ¼ of the pear filling. Quickly fold up all 4 sides over the pears leaving about 1 inch from the center of the Folios, allowing some chopped pears to be exposed in the middle. Serve warm or cool. Dust the entire Crostata with powdered sugar.
