How to make Folios Pizza Crust
1. Crisp the Folios Wrap for 1-1/2 minutes in a microwave or until golden and crispy.
2. Place on a dry paper towel and repeat for the other Folios.
3. Once all 4 are cooked and have cooled, add Pesto & toppings of Prosciutto, Tomato, and a garnish of basil & red pepper flakes.
How to Make Avocado Lime Crema
1. Slice Avocados in half, remove pits & scoop into a food processor or into a bowl.
2. Add sour cream, lime juice, ½ teaspoon sea salt, & 1 garlic clove and puree or mix.
3. Serve on top of pizza!
1. Add vegetable oil to pan and add garlic and onion. Sauté until golden & aromatic.
2. Add red bell pepper, allow to cook until soft and tender.
3. Add ground beef, ½ teaspoon sea salt, cumin to pan and cook.
4. Once beef is cooked, remove from heat and top Cheddar Folios Pizza Crust.
5. Top Pizza with Avocado Lime Crema
