Prepare all ingredients for your tortilla breakfast wrap. Chop green onions, red onions, tomato, & mash avocado. Make scrambled eggs how you like. Cook bacon on stovetop.
Make guacamole by adding onions, tomato, green onions, and avocado together.
To make tortilla, start with a folios cheese wrap and make a slit from the one edge to the middle of the wrap. Then place the first filling, scrambled eggs & Everything but the Bagel Seasoning, in that lower right quarter.
Add guacamole and crispy bacon to the next two quarters.
Finish it off with some shredded cheddar cheese.
Fold the first quarter over the second one.
Fold the second quarter over the third quarter.
Finish off folding the last quarter so you have a triangle.
