2 tbsp chocolate syrup (we like Choc Zero’s, but you can make your own!)

DIRECTIONS
Lay 2 slices of Folios Cheese Wraps out warm up from the fridge while cooking (or at least 5 minutes), to protect from breaking when folded.
Chop 2 bananas to make small rounds (about 6-8 per banana)
Place butter and maple sugar in a medium saucepan over low to medium heat. Stir until butter and sugar are combined and then add 1-2 tablespoons of coconut milk or cream to make the sauce extra creamy. Continue stirring until smooth and caramel-ey.
Turn the heat to low and add the banana rounds to the mixture. Stir the bananas and the sauce together and let them simmer.
Stir occasionally until bananas are cooked and golden.
Take off heat and add chopped peanuts.
Let cool and add to your Parmesan wraps.
To fold the wrap, fold in half and fold up both sides to make a a pita shape.
